Coronavirus rates by area

Quick question...I go on the government coronavirus dashboard thing...where you key in your postcode and it gives you the figures for your immediate area...ie not your Borough or county but your little part of it. The figures in my area,seem to be rising alarmingly..... we have a hospital just round the corner...would their positive tests be included in our area?

I thought they assigned the tests back to the testee's postcode. When we test here we go into the next county to test as there isn't one local to us but we still get local results so they can't do it by testing site. So even if the hospital was included it would still be people from your local area who lived there I think
