I had an alert from the NHS covid app yesterday saying I needed to isolate for 3 days. Apart from the worrying fact I've been to the shop multiple times since the date of contact, the only thing we did on the day of contact was go to the park. No-one else on my household has the app installed so no-one else has an alert.
Self isolation doesn't cover other people in the household, but it seems a bit useless me self isolating for 2 more days if no-one else in my household is and I've been walking around for the last 8 days not knowing about the contact.
I can avoid leaving the house for the next 2 days but should I be suggesting that the others in my household also stay indoors? How have other people handled similar situations?
