I had a positive test on 3/12 but had symptoms for probably 3-4 days prior so 32 ish days into my 'covid journey'. Main symptoms for me have been tight, wheezy chest (have mild asthma) although that has improved alot, occasional shortness of breath on exertion, intermittently productive cough and elevated heart rate if I potter around the house (although much lower than it was when I was in the acute covid phase).
I've pretty much spent the last few weeks glued to the sofa with the remote control my best friend and an in depth knowledge of escape to the country
. Last day or two I've felt more positive. That horrible anxiety seemed to have gone and I felt well enough to make tea last 2 evenings albeit slowly with no ill effects.
Really felt like I'd turned the corner but aware not to do too much.
This morning anxiety back which then effects heart rate. Feel a tad more short of breath o/e. Sats are fine and I'm aware that anxiety has a knock on effect on everything. So cheesed off. I've not been out of the house since I started with symptoms end of november, so miss my regular dog walks/runs and just feeling well. Just wondered if this is a normal course of recovery, up and down, good days and bad...I'm convinced I'm going to end up with long covid.
