I would say in 22 hours, so just before 10pm Sunday.

The front page of the telegraph is clear the gov are going to stand firm and make the unions and teachers the badies. Unless you live in London or Brighton and Hove then it’s up to individual schools if they can safely open until the outcome of the court case.

Regardless of what happens they have failed to show schools are safe, so attendance should now be optional without risking fines and prosecution.

Hoping they make a statement tomorrow whether it's to close them or just a blanket statement to say they're not. They need to say something. It's a complete shit show at the moment.

Noon tomorrow but individual MATS will decide not Gov't

Possibly Monday night if your school has an inset on Monday.

Staff members will have union meetings tomorrow and will have to write letters outlining their section 44 concerns. Head teachers will have to use that information to work out whether they can open their schools safely.

I also know that some local authorities, PHE and Heads are talking in certain areas about whether it is safe to open schools. So that will probably take a little while.

When you’ve sorted the PE kit and it’s by the door

The announcement will be made at 8.30am on Monday morning on Twitter.
