To allow children to attend schools in the shut areas, is it as previously in March, just one parent needs to be a key worker or has anything changed?
Can’t see any clarity anywhere :)

Thanks!

Its decided by the individual school according to their capacity. Some schools that are located near hospitals might have huge numbers of children who have just one parent who is a key worker and could only function safely by limiting their in-person placed to kids with 2 kw parents. Other schools may only have a handful of affected students and may be readily able to provide capacity for any pupil with 1 kw parent.
