Probably a numpty question but have been wondering about this.I cold symptoms -presume not CV as have runny nose as well as sore throat/headache/slight cough.
DD just asked me if you can have a cold and have CV at the same time -I have no idea and wonder if you could? Could you have, say, chicken pox and a cold at the same time? Or chicken pox and measles..?

I wish the USA symptoms list was used worldwide instead of our little list.

USA - Covid symptoms checker
Fever or chills
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fatigue
Muscle or body aches
Headache
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea

I had Covid in March and had the same symptoms as you OP, but yes I am sure you could get more than one.

I have CV atm (positive test) and have cold symptoms - runny nose and sneezing plus fatigue. I have not been anywhere for months and know my son infected me from school. It is therefore unlikely to be a cold as well as cv and I think the symptoms list needs updating. I also had a headache early on but no loss of taste/smell, coughing or fever.

Yes, you can.
I had a patient who had severe Covid, and flu, both confirmed by positive tests,
Would be wise to get a test, as when I had Covid, it was like a cold.
