Hi
Was wondering if you know where to find the 8 digit Account ID. I called Track and Trace and they said, its on the email where you got told your result.
The one and only email i got on Monday, with the positive result, has no 8 digit Account ID on it, just says my name, DOB, result and what I need to do
I called again to explain there definitely isnt anything on there and they said theres nothing they can do
Has anyone else had this issue? I just need the number so that I can apply for the Track and Trace scheme .. i meet all the criteria, but they cannot process my claim unless i have that number
