DH has been told in Tier 4 they are for "essential services" only but they would to it today as a one off!!

So is returning items ordered before Christmas and only just received within the 14 days allowed not "essential"??

I have been posting ebay parcels ever since June, at our main post office in town (now inside the wh smiths) and a smaller one near my work.

Posted three yesterday and one today.

Tier 4. All smooth.

Some people take the rules too literally.....

If you have In-post lockers near you I can highly recommend. I send most parcels this way by booking them through Parcel2Go. Cheaper than post office and you dont need to come into contact with anyone when you drop the parcels at the lockers.

I’m so glad to have moved recently, there’s a post office counter in our village shop, and the people who run it treat it as a valued service. It’s almost as though having people come in for the post office benefits their business, because everyone inevitably buys something too! Who knew! Maybe they could give lessons in how to run a business to some of yours...

We've posted things this week and all through the first, strictest lockdown.

We're having to sell things from our home to pay our bills and buy food so...yeah...pretty fucking essential actually.

...and we're also Tier 4
