Relationships and Covid 19

Just wondering how many people are in this situation.

I know a number of women - at least 4 who are in fairly challenging relationships with partners who like to cohesively control and at least one who has disclosed there is domestic violence.

I’ve observed since the initial lockdown earlier in the year some of these ladies complete changed - increasingly isolated and suffering daily control.

Two partners in particular have stepped up the control - one regularly says ‘no you cant do that the guidance has changed again and its a no’ the other is very much claiming to be vulnerable in order to restrict her going even for walks or too the shops.

I suppose I just thought i’d mention this as it is a forum for mums and when people are continuously calling for full lockdowns - there is a wider issue outside the pandemic that needs to be thought through.
