The BBC says Secondary schools across most of England are to remain closed for an extra two weeks for most pupils, to help regain control of coronavirus.

But does this apply to all secondaries including private schools?

Yes.

Private schools have to follow national public health advice for schools.

You'd have to check what's in force for boarding schools, as residential establishments can have separate and additional guidelines and they don't usually get mentioned on the main briefings
