Is it a cold?

Woke up this morning with a tickley throat and through the day I’ve been feeling more and more rough! My nose is running, I’m sneezing as my nose is tickly but no temp (37.2)/cough and still have a sense of taste/smell through the nostril that isn’t blocked at the time Wink

We’ve not been anywhere, saw 2 other families on Christmas Day, one outdoors so very limited contact with anyone since 18/12

Zoe app isn’t saying to test, but would you? Or wait and see how I am overnight to see if I get any further symptoms?

Thanks all Flowers

See how you get on.

Sounds like a cold

It's probably just a cold. I tested positive a couple of months ago and today I have work up sneezing, blocked nose and I think it is just a cold, nothing like when I tested positive

Indecisive12 · 28/12/2020 21:19

I’d test. I started with a slight cold.

Test it self isolate for 10 days. If you don't have any plans, so can self isolate, I don't really see the point of testing- but if you have to work etc, then you should get a test.

My cousin, DH & 3 kids all just tested positive, despite not having the 3test worthy symptoms' and now her mum,dad & littke brother have tested positive with nine of the 3 main symptoms. They didn't get it from my cousins family as they hadn't seen them!

Thank you all. We aren’t going anywhere or due to go anywhere until next Tuesday. I’ll see how I feel in the morning. If feel quite grotty but other than that, not too bad :)

Ignore the Zoe app and book a test. If they're in plentiful supply where you are, it won't do any harm.

All 5 of us are positive and it started just like your symptoms.
Get a test
