Covid relapse or something else?

Tested pos 12th December
Been over the worst went to the shops yday came home felt awful achey very tired, woken up today feel the same but my throat is full of yellow and very sore.
Is the corona part 2 or something else?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you x

Sounds like a secondary infection. Really common after covid. I’m sure if you speak to your doctor, they will give you antibiotics. My DB and DSIL both had different secondary infections after covid which needed antibiotics (ear and chest).
