Tight chest

Woken up this morning. Feel completely normal other than it feels like someone has been laying on my chest all night, like a tight chest. Should I get tested?

It was my first symptom.

However, I also get a tight chest when I got a heavy cold or many cold like bugs. I have one right now but I also have a cold.

Personally I'd be tempted to get a test. If you use the Zoe research app chances are they will suggest one, if you'd rather not,lie on the official website,
