Out for an early morning walk on boxing day (we gi early as one child is ECV and its quiet). Met a group out for a walk with a dog. Children love dogs so distancly asked dogs name and about dog. Kept distance. During chat it was mentioned that the son was visiting from a tier 4 area he is a hospital porter and has been sooo busy due to covid.
Ffs seriously.... i know risk is low from outside and distance but it really puts us off going out at all

If he’s a single adult household he could be in their bubble and therefore not breaking the rules.

Ah ok, i didnt think that bubbles were still ok for tier 4 areas so my mistake

Yes, bubbles are still allowed for tier 4. The guidance is that the parties should be local to each other, whilst recognising that that isn't always possible.
