What’s the likelihood of getting symptoms after 10 days?

Is this 10 days after positive test?

I started with ‘symptoms’ on a Monday (cold like, none of the main 3), positive on Tuesday. My OH thought he’d escaped but came down with a stinking ‘cold’ the following Wednesday (so 9 days after me). Positive test Thursday. I was surprised at the gap. Neither of us had official symptoms at all. A mild cold for me & a bad one for OH. Both extremely tired.

Negative test after 5 days, even though living with someone who was positive, quite poorly, still no symptoms on day 10, do you think safe now to go out? x

You have to isolate for 10 days after you had contact with them, so technically yes, you can leave the house.
