Self Isolation rules

So say you are self isolating as the person you live with has tested positive, you don’t have any symptoms until the 10th day, do you then have to isolate for another 10days?

Yes, you have to get a test and isolate while you wait for results. If negative I think you can end isolation then. If positive, you continue isolating until 10 days after onset of (your own) symptoms.
