tier 4 from boxing day

i think it is going to be really hard to get people to comply this time.
been there, done that

I thought that but we’ve been in tier 4 a week now and everywhere is so quiet. I don’t know of one person not sticking to the no Christmas rule either. Our cases have rocketed, our hospital is full for the first time this year. I think people are scared.

Surely people will stick to it if nothing is open and there’s nowhere to go though? I m sure some people will break the rules and still go to other people’s houses but having everything shut will reduce transmission in certain places.
