Please can I vent

I'm feeling really low, upset and so scared.

Had a really rubbish month.

3 weeks ago I had a dental abscess the pain was unreal. Had the tooth taken out.
Then Last week my auntie died, me and my mum were her only family and we have had to sort everything out. Its been really sad and upsetting. :(

Now to this week. My DS (11) is autistic and he has just tested positive.
He is taking it ok, bless him and isn't unwell at all, no symptoms!!! The only reason I got him tested is he coughed funny Saturday evening. It was really sudden, like a random dry barking episode. I didnt like it so booked a test. Never expected a positive but here we are. Im terrified of it. I have awful health anxiety and other health conditions(nothing vunerable ). I have kept us all safe all year now this at Christmas. We can't go anywhere until the 30th as long as we all ok. Had to get friends to help out with our Xmas food shopping its awful.

Can any of you reassure me over if I get it or any tips please. I know we may not do. But im really scared :( :(

I’m pleased your dental abscess is sorted.

I’m sorry to hear your ds has covid, just keep remembering that an 11 year old is very unlikely to have anything bad happen from it, as for yourself do you take vitamin d? If not it’s not too late to start.

My dh worked with several people with covid (shoulder to shoulder, no distancing at all) he never got covid himself and I’ve read time and time on here people from the same household don’t always catch it either so it’s not to say you even will.
