I have been notified by a medical professional that I saw on Thursday that they have tested positive for covid. They were wearing ppe and followed the guidelines with cleaning etc. Am I supposed to self isolate now? Finding the rules confusing and want to do the right thing.

I thought no isolation required if they wore full PPE.
Must be a number you can ring.

I have seen a relative for childcare, so hoping I haven't put them at risk

If they were wearing the required PPE throughout, I'd say that it's low risk so carry on as normal but be vigilant for symptoms and get a test if any develop
