Is my track&trace app not working?

I have the nhs track&trace app on my iPhone. It’s an iphone8. I update all my apps regularly. I looked at the exposure checks tonight and it says I’ve not had any in the past 14 days. I am very surprised at this. I have been at work, to the shops and sitting beside DH all evening so surely I should have some exposure checks? Should I delete the app and reinstall it?

Remove and reinstall.

Mine says last checked on the 16th December which I'm surprised at. But not checked at all in 14 days seems wrong! I'd delete and reinstall!

Where on the app does is show any exposure checks?

It’s in the iPhone settings under exposure checks.

I’ve had at least 5 checks every day, so I’d say there’s something not working. Try deleting and installing again.
