Just feel so shit

I’m in tier 4. Have two children with ASD aged between 7 and 11. Was looking forward to going to DH parents for Christmas but now cant.

Just seen that the rules change at the beginning of December so that households with babies under 1 or disabled children under 5 can bubble with another household still.

But our children are older than that (but not any less disabled? so we aren’t allowed to get support from anyone.

It’s just shit

Go anyway my lovely. You are allowed to act in the best interests of your children. It's your responsibility to give them some semblance of normality and family in their life. Go and enjoy xx

And it's not law it's guidance. You are free to go.
