Listening to the radio, David Essex's 'A Winter's Tale' playing, reminiscing about Christmases past when my Mum was alive, and now with this bloody year, and not able to travel to spend Christmas with my father, really choked me up. I know it's silly and I need to get a grip but momentarily there were tears in my eyes.
Let's jolly well hope that 2021 will eventually bring some brightness in our lives again.
