NHS Tracing - wrong person?

Our DC were told to isolate last Saturday as had been in contact with a positive case at nursery at some point the week before. Me and DP took a test on Friday at a drive through site, received results through Sunday morning. Me negative; DP Inconclusive. DP went for another test yesterday morning. Then I received a motivation from NHS TRACING last night addressed to DO stating they had recently tested positive and to self isolate, password to enter details of close contacts etc. But then about 10pm, DP received his result - negative and to his phone. Anyone else had this happen? 119 were useless!
