Dp went to a dinner in the House of Lords early March - he and then I a week later had terrible headache temps sore throats extreme fatigue

A lot of the people at the dinner went down with it and the man sitting next to dp was hospitalised and tested positive for cv

I presume we had it then

Both myself and DH caught it from one of our two secondary school age children, both were off isolating and we suspect one of them was asymptomatic and passed it on.
It couldn’t of come from anywhere else.

I had it in March and it could have been the office, the library, any number of events I attended, the bus, the tube, the queue in Pret or any of the restaurants I ate in - it’s impossible to pinpoint really. It might even have just been the kids.

ExDH teacher, my DC caught it from him and passed it to me.

@Scottishskifun thank you fornhje reassurance! I have been mostly flamed on a post that I started for having DH in a separate room (his choice as well as mine).

He's being regularly fed and watered, and we are chatting lots via FaceTime. I'd be in there like a shot if I was worried about him.
