Support bubble - is this allowed?

I live in Scotland, my parents in England. My DF is terminally ill and my DM his career. I have formed a support bubble with them and have been going down for a couple of days every 2 weeks to batch cook meals, clean and give emotional support (and DM a break)

I was intending to go on xmas eve and stay until Boxing Day to cook, clean, emotionally support (will be DF’s last xmas) and offer respite. Is this allowed?

Yes, you are supporting a vulnerable person/s.

Yes the support bubbles can continue, you can see them as often as you want.

Yes, I think so. My bubble is also in another tier and it says bubbles are a reason for travel exemption.

Not 100% about crossing Scottish border but I should think you can - they need you.

I’m in the same situation but opposite directions. I’m waiting to see the list of Scottish exemptions.

Yes - it’s the border crossing I’m unsure about but Police Scotland have said they will not be stopping and checking vehicles but anyone picked up ‘in the normal course of (police) duties’ Will be advised
