Think I have new strain of virus

Has anyone in London/the south east had this new strain of Covid? I think I have it.

Feel very flu-y. Headache, achy muscles, tired, cough, sore throat, chest feels heavy and I'm breathing slowly.

I'm isolating and waiting for home test which I ordered off the gov website yesterday.

Those symptoms are also of anxiety. As the op thought she had it in JAN when we first found out about it, now thinks she has it again, when we first find out about the new strain, I would suspect it is indeed health anxiety.

Op you can have a test to be sure. Then if an when it proves negative, possibly speak to your gp about health anxiety.

Not anxiety @Bluntness100 , just Covid. I know my body.

But...you don't know you had it before so you don't know you have the new strain. You don't "know your body" you just knew you had covid symptoms.
