Has anyone been fined?

Just curious if anyone has been fined for breaking covid restrictions?
Hear a lot about 'you could be fined...' but I've not heard of it actually happening apart from businesses holding big weddings etc

Apparently people have been fined around here for travelling from a tier 3 area to tier 2 for non essential reasons. I wouldn't have gone there myself but I did think this was just guidance not to travel there so unsure how they can fine people. But alot of people of the local facebook group have stated that they have been and it was reported in local news.

I know someone who was fined for meeting in their garden to pray during the first lockdown.

I also know someone who went to work after a positive test result, that was with the police last time I heard but I don't know what the outcome was, but the council had suspended his taxi licence.
