Support bubbles question?

So tier 4 it is, I am on my own with 2DC's and we have been isolating for 2 weeks in order to see my parents at Christmas who have also been isolating for 2 weeks.

Can this still go ahead as I am a single person household?

I don't want to get it wrong, I'm confused if we are allowed to do this.

Should add that my parents live a 10 minute drive away so are also in tier 4.
