Neighbours partying

I'm beyond sick of it.

I moaned on here about it at the start of lockdown and was told to stop being a party pooper

But in light of the recent restrictions and people literally not being able to see family members at Christmas, I am SICK to my back teeth of my horrible arsehole neighbours and their parties.

Despite being told I was a party pooper, I've since phoned 101 regarding their loud annoying parties twice, tonight was a third call. Nothing ever fucking happens!! Why the fuck are they getting away with this!!

My neighbour currently has 6 cars parked outside her house, just taken a big delivery of food, this is a regular occurrence. She also has her elderly parents living with her, who I’d assume are classed as vulnerable people.

What pisses me off the most, is that she was the loudest clapper for the NHS, she used to put huge speakers on the drive and blast you’ll never walk alone, whilst bashing her saucepans. It’s the hypocrisy that winds me up.

Our neighbours have been partying since March.
Main lockdown, BBQ's parties 10+ people at time.
Last week (tier 3) party/gathering and four cars on the drive. Tonight visitors again.
Not reported them because they would know its us but my children are becoming very upset when they keep hearing their children having friends round.

I know this only too well grrr get and grrrrr

LimitIsUp · 19/12/2020 23:03

I think they may live to regret it - based on my own personal experience only - didn't know anyone directly who had covid until 10 days ago, now know of 4 in a week, it's going to go exponential

They are getting away with it simply because we do not have the police man power to enforce such regulations countrywide! Maybe if the government hadn't striped the emergency services and NHS to its bare bones we may have been able to cope better with this pandemic

McFarts · 19/12/2020 23:10

So many absolute wankers throughout this pandemic! makes you see a totally different side to people. A FB mate has been posting live videos this evening at her house party, pissed as a fart, at least 20 plus people there, including her elderly Mum. Tier 3 area.

I am with you, my NDN's are the same, can't stand them. They have had people over lots of times during lockdown, it's not music to be fair that they are blasting but can't stand the screeching at 11pm. I had enough a few weeks ago and phoned 101 after one of my neighbours texted me telling me they were also at their back door behaving like bams. The police did a visit and they haven't done it since to be fair but I know it will happen again, just saving up so I can either move away from them or get soundproofing in!
