I like Nicola Sturgeon

She manages to get to the point and be down to earth.

I like her very much.

She is a good public speaker, has handled Covid much better than Westminster (although, to be fair, that’s not a high bar) but...the snp focus too much on headline grabbing populist stuff while the core functions of the country go to pot. The Alec Salmond stuff is going to come back and bite them big time too, unfortunately.

It’s a shite state of affairs because there is currently no competent opposition in Scotland to challenge them on the drug deaths, the care homes, education... and the SNP supporters are not interested in engaging with anyone who disagrees with them to find out what our concerns are, you are just dismissed.

Independence at all costs. I don’t trust their figures on the viability of independence because they’ve stuffed up so much else. Also, higher education is on it’s knees due to inadequate funding and local students are missing out because places are going to overseas (non eu students) because they generate fees.

TBH Scotland hasn’t done much better than ruk regarding Covid, but NS is a gifted speaker.
