A real 2 week full lockdown whist schools are shut across the countrys and shut borders
Most schools are shut for the next two weeks at least so it gives a bit of breathing space for things to be looked at. It at least means we can hope, even if by past experience it may be a vain hope, that they'll think about it rather than make a snap announcement.

I was not surprised to see all the rich privileged Londoners fled like rats on trains and in cars before midnight spreading there new viruses
So you were there and asked them why they were catching the train/getting in their cars?

I cross a main route out of London and the road was very quiet last night; much quieter than normal. There's normally people leaving London for totally legitimate reasons every Saturday night.
There may have been a few extra week commuters last night who, instead of leaving on Friday for the weekend, stayed an extra day to collect their stuff so they won't have to come up again next week. Sensible, don't you think?

And on my fb feed, I've got friends from all parts of the country. Only person "fleeing" London last night from someone from Manchester who had gone down in a group to shop. Of course they shouldn't have been there in the first place, but I don't blame them for wanting to get home. Do you?

Viruses mutate, it’s what they do.
