They won't bring in the army. I'd be very surprised if they did. That would cause a real stir , but it's doubtful. Whatever they say will be very grim though. It can be implemented straight away too I've just heard on the news.

What annoys me about these big announcements is that we are always told in advance what is going to be announced, so there is no need for the announcement.

Can I wave a slightly nervous hand and say - actually I think Boris is a pretty good leader? The tier system at least allows some freedom. I do think Labour would have just a full lockdown. And earlier. ‘Bumbling’ may actually equate to considering both sides of an argument?
