I agree. Shame that he's been so weak earlier in the pandemic. He really needs to put on his big boy pants, announce some serious restrictions and enforce them.

No. It's only certain areas in the South, South East and East, although he didn't state the exact areas.

I think its the right decision and in line with other countries but why not announce a lot sooner? Think of all the wasted money!
