NHS Covid 19 app

I've had an alert on the Covid 19 app telling me to isolate for 6 days. It doesn't tell me where I was supposed to have come in contact with a positive person. On the day I went out and checked in to anywhere I went to hospital and also to a restaurant with my family. If it's the hospital, then I went alone, but would suppose that there were many positive people in there? And if it's the restaurant then we all should isolate, but only I checked in on behalf of us all? I'm a bit confused

There's normally a bit on the app you can look to show you all your checks that it did. It works on Bluetooth so you don't actually need to check in for it to work. Is it working on 10 day isolation now?

Thank you. Yes it's 10 days now

It could be the hospital. Assuming you had an appointment of some form, maybe it was the healthcare professional that you seem to perhaps from the restaurant! 🤷‍♀️ It would frustrate me not knowing to.

Well we are all perfectly well. I'll obviously isolate, but the rest of us will carry on as normal. It's a flawed app that one.

I agree! Seriously flawed!
