Event in Tier 2

Very confused of rules! Just been put in tier 3 but can we go to a pre-booked event (Father Christmas) in tier 2 which is all socially distanced and outside on Saturday? Help!

Good point. When we went into tier 3 before October half term our events were cancelled by the organisers because of where we lived
