Hi, just wanted to share a more uplifting story. One of my Dds has been terrified about the swab, but has managed several times this term while away at uni, and all have been negative tests but not negative experiences. Even when doing lateral flow and being observed, the testing centre were very helpful to her needs, and she managed it on her own in her flat. She recommends having a treat afterwards, such as a chunk of cheese, and trying to FaceTime friends to “teach them”. Hoping this is helpful for others with additional needs or very test phobic!
