Isolation for subsequent cases in a household

What I'm struggling with is what comes next:

I started symptoms on day 1 - me plus 4 other household members isolate until after day 10. That's clear enough.

Day 3, DH gets symptoms. He isolates until day 13, I.e. his day 0 + 10. What about the rest of us?

DS2 starts symptoms day 8. He isolates until day 18, but again, what about the rest? DH and I have had it, so presumably are OK at the end of our 10 days, but when can DS1, who remains symptom free, go back to work? His work are pushing for it to be on day 11, after the end of the isolation for my (the first) illness. Is that right? Or does he actually need nearly 3 weeks off?!

Actually it was me thinking it can't be right that he goes back when his brother is newly infected. DS is desperate to go back.
