There is an article that has just appeared on the BBC News website which confirms that hospitals were busier this time last year, than they are now.

Any news on Derbyshire?

No where else seems to be going down.

So its just waiting on the list for the South and East of England which are going into T3.

This is bullshit. One of areas announced drooping to tier 2 has higher case rates than several Manchester boroughs!
