Isolating and symptoms

Hello.
Ive been isolating about a week now as someone in the work place tested positive.
Its very worrying when you've been round someone but the rest of the household can carry on as normal unless I get a positive test.

What symptoms should I be on the look out for?

I would say I have mild cold symptoms ... Dry throat but gets better when I eat/drink, runny nose now and again, I keep getting a hot head, but no temperature and coughing up mucus (happens every time I get a cold) and the occasional headaches.

I can give reasons for these as Ive noticed a get a hot head when Ive kept the heating on high, and the sore throat could be that i dont drink enough and the headache I always have as I have teenage kids. lol

I did a online symptoms check last night and it said no symptoms (as not a persistent cough) but need to see GP as coughing us mucus.

Back in September I was really ill and 99% sure id caught it as I had all the symptoms and got a test and it was negative and a GP just said its possibly a chest infection.

I had to isolate because of being in close contact with a positive case. It was an anxious time. Some of my colleagues had a test, even without symptoms (I know against the rules!!) and tested positive. I had a bit of a cough so decided for my peace of mind to have a test. Luckily it was negative. I still did the whole of the isolation but was glad I had got a test.
