Yes I had this. The first night that I had any symptoms I was up, getting drinks (loads), wasn't sure if I wanted the loo or felt sick so kept on getting up a lot. Felt hot and I think the whole night I slept only two hours in total. You are not alone with it OP. However the next day I felt a lot better except for a completely uncontrollable cough

I'm on about day 9 I've been really lucky with minor symptoms but this agitated kind of feeling is like nothing I've experienced before

I hope you feel better soon. It is a horrible thing to have. I certainly wouldn't want to catch it again! Rest up and get plenty of fluids.

That was me. Drove me nuts. Now all I want to do is sleep!

U8myufo · 17/12/2020 12:43

@wetasstenalady how are you feeling now? Has the restlessness passed? Hope so.

Itstheprinciple · 17/12/2020 13:05

Yes, first few nights found it really difficult to settle into sleep, dozed on and off all night but kept tossing and turning.

Slightly but I still feel quite wired for me
Tried meditation etc but it's a horrible feeling

I should imagine a big part of this is anxiety and adrenaline getting you through. I hope you feel better soon OP Flowers

It's only been going for a week and care home residents come first.

It's going to take months.
