I cant find anything so I guess not, but wasn't it supposed to be today?

I know some were done early yesterday, but what about the rest?

Good question!

PinkSparklyPussyCat · 16/12/2020 19:28

I thought I read somewhere it would be announced by the health secretary tomorrow.

Dartsplayer · 16/12/2020 19:29

Apparently they are announcing it tomorrow and it will take effect from Saturday

I also thought it was due to be today. The local news website also thinks it was due to be today - it has had a live newsfeed about whether the county will change its tier all day. I guess the government must have changed its announcement timing.

GinTonicOnIt · 16/12/2020 21:39

I have been looking all day, why does no one else near me seem eager to know?

CoffeeCreamandSugar · 16/12/2020 21:47

I am. I keep searching to see if anything’s leaked

Tees Valley Mayor (Tory) announced today that he didn't think any area would go down a level.

I think they were deciding today & it will be announced in Parliament tomorrow at around 11am & then a proper on the telly announcement in the afternoon/early evening

notevenat20 · 16/12/2020 22:20

They would be made to put anywhere down a level given the five days at tier 0 coming up.

HipHopGirl · 16/12/2020 22:23

Believe they get the data today, will be decision making and an announcement tomorrow. Fingers crossed that those in Tier 3 with falling cases will go to Tier 2.
