Walk through testing centres

I've got a test booked at one of these shortly but I'm concerned that I could catch Covid there anyway, if lots of people with symptoms are going there?

I would prefer to go to a drive through centre but these are all full near me

Has anyone been and what are they like?

I went to a walk in. Stood and waited, shown to a table, did the test. It was fine and much easier than in the front of the car.
