Somehow we have manged to stay safe
Have hand sanitiser around the home in bags clean all place that are touched regularly basically everything your meant to do.
I suffer from hayfever and find during the winter months I get cattarh sometimes bad my anxiety about covid had reduced but now its spiked back up due to 14 days ago while in lidi my partner bumped into a old work mate (works in a carehome where testing was done every week) she had her mask on so did we (my self partner and mum) i was more than 2 meters away so was mum and partner was 2 metres. The next day she finds out her test came back positive but we were only talking for about 5 mins and never contacted by track and trace. I've been worried since then constantly watching out for symptoms none of us have anything after 14 days but I can't help worrying. It may be just due to ovulation (track my cycle as we have been trying for a baby for a while) and lack of sleep as we both have been up late the past 3 nights watching TV then up earlyish
There's no loss of smell or taste no fever no cough no fever could I just be overtired and overthinking things and how quickly do symptoms show up?

Go to bed. Get a good night sleep and stop worrying. You are fine
