Essex but a London borough

I’m in Essex RM postcode but a London borough , on London Tonight they’re saying ‘ Tier 3 is loooming ‘ .. if ‘London ‘ go into tier 3 would that include me ?

@FindHungrySamurai Where is that map from please? I can't find one with boroughs.
