I’m part of a study having regular Covid tests & I took one on Saturday when I got my test in the post. I’ve got no covid symptoms, the only slight niggle at the mo is a minor cold. Bit congested but I’ve got two young kids, it’s rare I don’t have some form of cold in winter! So I’ve been living as normal including getting my long overdue flu jab this morning.
To my surprise, I've just had a text to say my test has come back positive! I now feel really guilty for the poor pharmacist who injected me 😫 but I was with her for a max of 5 minutes of not less with masks, so I’m hoping that’s OK for her!
But I’m now feeling a bit anxious I’ve got covid & I’ve also shoved a flu vaccine in my body as well
I’m low risk & so far, I’m asymptomatic bar the slight cold that started on Sunday. That I now assume is Covid. I’m not a worrier about covid at all really. But will I be OK with the flu jab as well?! I know no-ones got a crystal ball but any medical proffs recon it’d cause anything I need to look out for?!
Thank you!
