Walk in test

Been coughing through the night with a tickly throat..I'm a teacher so booked a test for this morning.

Issue is I'll have toddler in the pram as DH working away!

Is this allowed?? Can't find anything online! Dont want to wait for a home test as need to be back in school ASAP assuming it's negative!

She's been with you anyway so I can't see why not

Itshissister · 09/12/2020 08:31

If you were a single parent you would have no choice x

Mammyloveswine · 09/12/2020 11:25

Thanks! It was fine.. actually enjoyed the walk down in case it's my last for a few weeks!

No one about and no one else at the test centre.., was a lovely man talking me through it and chatting to the little one!

Hoping it's negative though as so much work to finish and can't do that with a rampaging toddler not at nursery!

Fingers crossed for you

Good luck. Tests are coming back really quick at the moment. I had one 9am Monday and received results on email at 3am Tuesday! The text came a bit later at 6am.

Mammyloveswine · 09/12/2020 15:16

Good luck op. But take care of yourself either way and stop worrying about work! Flowers

Mooey89 · 10/12/2020 09:58

Good luck. DS was tested at 8am this morning, am crossing everything for quick negative result too! I work in acute mental health services (NHS) and we’re so short from sickness/COVID that I’m one of the only qualified staff members some days! Need to get back!

middleager · 10/12/2020 09:59
