Test?

Yesterday I felt like I had a sore on the back of my tongue and I was very tired and slept half of the evening (put it down to a very busy day at work). Today I have a dry sore throat, the odd little irritated cough, a slight headache and feel like I've got one of those bugs that makes you feel iffy for a few days but comes to nothing. Managing to eat a reasonable amount, but feel a bit sicky. No temperature, shortness of breath of lost of taste/smell.

Would anyone else get tested in these circumstances? The only reason I ask is that I've just mentioned it and DD said I really should get tested as my symptons are the same as her flat mates had at uni (who tested positive).

I was knackered the last two days, couldn't stay awake at work abd had a headache I just can't shift. No cough, no discernible change in taste and no temperature.
I got a test abd guess what - I'm positive. I'm not really convinced by those 3 "hallmark symptoms" now

I also felt sick when I ate a cheese sandwich yesterday - in fact ur symptoms are the same as mine

I wouldn't based on how you've described your cough, but you'll know better whether it's a 'continuous' cough.

This is how I feel. Low level minging. Off food. Headache. No high temp but never quite feel warm or cool enough. Have coughed maybe twenty times in 48 hours, I'm talking single coughs.

I personally wouldn’t based on what you’ve said. It’s hard because there are all the usual winter bugs going round at the moment and I think we are all hyper aware of any slight ill feeling because everyone’s basically waiting to be struck down with it!
