Husband with symptoms

So my husband has a cough and slight temp. He's just had a test and awaiting results. In the meantime none of us have symptoms and I right in thinking regardless of this we all have to self isolate including the kids staying off school ?
And if negative we can all go back to school work etc?

Correct.

WishMyNameWasWittyNotShitty · 07/12/2020 10:04

That's right.

Hope your Husband is ok and the results are quick!

Mindymomo · 07/12/2020 10:08

Yes, you are correct, you all have to isolate until you get results, good luck.

Thank you! Kids will enjoy the time off school no doubt even if it's just a day! I hope it's just a cold but his cough is horrible

We got our test results back within 10 hours yesterday which was fantastic as none of us had to miss school/work. Hopefully you'll get results soon and is negative

wetasstenalady · 08/12/2020 11:38

He's tested positive
I think the thing that's upset me the most is my little boy will miss his first Christmas play at school that he's been practicing so hard at. It's those silly little things

Sorry to hear that. Hope he doesn’t get any worse. Do you have any idea where he caught it?

wetasstenalady · 08/12/2020 12:39

No idea where he has caught it most likely work or golf

Sorry to hear that op. If its any consolation, lots of us had it but managed to not spread it round the house, so the rest of you might stay well. Your poor little one, how disappointing! I hope your DH recovers quickly Flowers

Let your little boy make a stage at home and perform his part for you, maybe see what else he can remember and write parts for the rest of the family and film it to show to Grandparents etc? Hope your H gets well soon and none of the rest of you get ill.

wetasstenalady · 08/12/2020 19:48

Yes we have decided to let him do it at home x he's so upset love him
