Not sure but I'm in MK and a friend had one last weekend and hasn't had the result yet.

Sadbadglad · 05/12/2020 18:33

I had mine at 3.45pm on Tuesday.
It came back at 3.03am on Thursday.
So 36 hours.

Reindeermayhem · 05/12/2020 18:34

25 hour wait a few weeks ago. Negative,

Has she definitely registered it?

tenlittlecygnets · 05/12/2020 18:42

Ok, thanks. The nurse told us 24-48 hours...

Just hope she got enough cells. Ds is emetophobic and gagged with the test down his throat, so she just did his nose...

I did one this morning. I'll let you know..

whatswithtodaytoday · 05/12/2020 18:44

We've had two in the last five weeks. 31 and 36 hours, respectively.

TheABC · 05/12/2020 18:45

4 days and counting, here...

NotN0wBernard · 05/12/2020 18:47

Last weekend (London): DD's back within 10 hours, mine came at the 20 hour mark. She was pretty upset after watching me do my test so I only took a nasal swipe and thought it would probably be invalid. But miraculously it worked.

DeanImpala67 · 05/12/2020 19:03

In the South West - DS had a test on Tues at 10.30am. Result came in at 5.30am Weds so about 19 hrs. DD had a test on Fri at 11.30am, result came back this morning at 4.00am so about 17 hrs. Both tests were done at a drive-in testing centre and both were negative. Very speedy!

Lauren1983 · 05/12/2020 19:24

Not in MK but DP had a test on Wednesday and we got the email results 40 hours later. They then arrived by text 4 hours later as well.

KinkyFink · 05/12/2020 20:01

He went to a test centre so presumably didn't need to register the same way as for the postal tests. Bit ridiculous considering he's a top level athlete and cant work or train until he knows for sure!

gemplusthree · 05/12/2020 20:10

My dd was tested on Thursday, swabbed at 2pm. We did a postal test and it was delivered at 8pm the same day. Her results arrived 5am for email and 6am for text today. We are in northampton and the test was delivered to crick.

crazyexornot · 05/12/2020 20:16

My stepdaughter had a test at 9.30am yesterday morning and results can back at 6am.

We had tests last week (postal) we posted them back at 4pm and had results back at 6.30am the following day

tenlittlecygnets · 05/12/2020 21:05

Got our answer. 25 hours. Negative! Phew.

Great news OP!

We got negative results at 3am by email, 15 hours after we took the test, and on a weekend too!

AHippoNamedBooBooButt · 06/12/2020 10:23

74 hrs since I posted mine and still nothing. Did got hers back yesterday. Should I start chasing?
