How long to receive results

How long is it taking on average to receive covid test results now? Is it regional? (We are in south east - hampshire)

DD had it on Thursday evening at 6 - so around 36 hours later. But we were in Salisbury - it does seem like anyone who went anywhere bigger may get them a little faster - someone suggested it could be that the send them off more regularly as they have more to send?
